Royds Park is ½ Mile from Cleckheaton Bus Station, on the A638 Bradford Road, travelling towards Heckmondwike opposite to the Princess Mary playing fields. We are at the top of the park.

The vehicle entrance is at the top of New Street with a limited amount of free parking.

The track consists of

Ground level 7¼" and 5"

Raised level 7¼" , 5", 3½" and 2½"

Visitors are always welcome, if you are bringing a Loco to run, you must be a member of a Model Engineering Society affiliated to either the Northern or Southern Federation of Model Engineers. Also proof of current club membership must be provided.

If you are bringing a steam loco the current boiler certificate must be shown to the boiler inspector before steaming up. Spark arrestors must be fitted and working.
